I called for 4 weeks waiting to get a call back from her. At week 5 I finally get to talk to her she argues with me about my caseS. Tells me “ she does not care what I am saying she has been dealing with workers comp cases for years” she does this in a high pitched voice with a lot of attitude. I also feel like it’s because I am black and trying to open 2 cases with trillion dollar cases . WORST SERVICE

Wouldnt take the time to discuss anything with me except basic material when she took my disability case. Actually told me on the phone that taking time to call and speak with me took away from her time to focus on the case. She had the equivalent of an entire collection of encyclopedias stacked on her desk that was my medical history.. and although I received my disability, half of what is listed, is listed wrong and Ive only been given temporary disability bc of this, when my conditions have only worsened and will never get better. Bc of this I am denied critical medical care. Ive tried calling her since to get this reconciled but she always has to hang up and never, returns my call

She is the worst lawyer in west Memphis she didn't answer her phone nor texts an then when court date came up she wasn't there an she was very not reliable an I will never use this lady ever again terrible don't go-to this place or her
