Vince Pennington is a fine wills, trust, estates attorney. With Dartmouth and Harvard on his resume, he knows what he’s diing . He helped me with my mother’s will and estate, and was very kind , patient and efficient.
Stephen Dexter and his wonderful staff helped me with closing on a real estate purchase in 2022. They also helped me update my will, living will and POA. Recently they also helped a friend of mine establish her will, living will and POA. They are efficient and trustworthy, and answered all our questions with clear explanations. I highly recommend them!
They only represent landlords and not the wronged tenants.
