We were initially impressed after meeting face to face with Sebrina. She was informative and a good communicator. The main issue we felt confused were numbers of texts, e mail and phone messages. These were 3rd party messages from her paralegal. With that, communication quality began to break down. There was a continuing clear lack of clarity on both sides which led to frustration. Given the stressors that go with this very important process we now know it is imperative to work directly face to face if possible with THE lawyer to ensure concise communication. If you discuss the learning curve of this important process with Sebrina, you should be fine. Otherwise, paralegal, texts, emails , left phone messages, will create poor communication when it becomes most critical.

Mike was extremely professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and forthcoming regarding the status of my case.
