I was hospitalized after my injury for several surgeries. When I was no longer needing treatment at the hospital I required psychiatric care from another facility. I needed my lawyers at shatfod law to request for them to be my pcp. After MANY phone calls and e mails...with no help from them, they finally just called and told me that that isn't what's required of the lawyers, but they'd do it as a FAVOR. A FAVOR! it absolutely is what a lawyer is required to do. May e their firms WIDE RANGE of services needs to be dwindled down so they can focus on what their job entails. They weren't responsive to e mails or phone calls. I wasn't a pestering client, but I have a lawyer for a reason. Seemed to me they wanted to just sit back and collect a payment. Shatford Law was the first firm I found and I trusted them with getting the process done. It was very easy to communicate via phone and email through out the whole process. Ryan and his staff made sure I got what I deserved and plus some. If you’re looking for help with your issues I know they’ll be able to tack it. I moved out of state and still managed to get my case done, appointments made by Shatford law staff it was hassle free and easy. I'd give this great company 8 stars if I could. Handled. My case in northern California (San Francisco Bay area) like nothing less than professional. The staff, attorneys and entire crew was phonemonal. I would recommend this company as being the most competent in my 50 year experience. My hat goes off to Shatford.
