Had a great experience with Mr. Shams who assisted us with our closing. He was very polite, professional, helpful and to the point. We were in an out within half an hour. The staff was welcoming and we would highly recommend their services.

I can't say enough about how bad this settlement company was. I have bought and sold a number of properties and know how detailed the process is, and how many moving parts there are. However, Settlement Services was incredibly unorganized and franky incompetent. I communicated to the company, asking what information they needed from me as well as offering my availability, yet received no response. They sent emails to groups of people without indicating who they were speaking to. They requested information on impossible turn arounds. And worst of all, they spelled the buyers name wrong on the deed, requiring me to redo documents multiple times.
