My experience with this serious injury law firm has been extremely disappointing. I hired the firm in September 2024, and after completing my treatment, I received very little communication from them. I followed up around the one-year anniversary of the accident in September 2025. In November, I was verbally told the amount offered by the adjusters. I wasn’t comfortable with the offer, but because of my overall experience with the firm, I simply wanted to conclude the process. After signing the release form, I asked about the expected timeline for receiving compensation. Recently, I have not received any responses from the attorney or the paralegal. I contacted the Birmingham office to get clarification, but instead I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior, including cursing.
