My parents estate was set up by Susan. While she appears to be thorough with what she has set up, she is lacking in respect for other peoples time. My sister and I were asked to be at an appointment today with our eldest sister to go over the trust. After over an hour sitting in the waiting room my sister came out and the appointment was over. Susan knew that my other sister and I were in the waiting area, but she told my eldest sister that the appointment was only to be for her and Susan. She told my sister she could update us later. I was quite upset and decided to let Susan know that I felt her decision to NOT inform my sister that we would NOT be included in the appointment was wrong. I had to take time off of work to attend and my time is just as valuable and important as everyone els

Susan helped my wife and I put together a plan for what will happen if anything unexpected does happen. She and Terri were amazing to work with and very responsive. I would recommend them to anyone!

Not very responsive. A family member used Susan Graham for setting up her estate plan. The planning appears to have been well done, but her office is not very responsive to any sort of questions or requests for changes. On several occasions, I've waited weeks for a response.

This is who has taken care of my parents' will/trust for years. She is not cheap, but my mother swears by her.
