They failed my brother and I during what was a really traumatic event in our lives. They weren’t thorough nor did they provide a compelling case for us. It didn’t really seem like they had time for our case and the work sometimes came across as an afterthought. The fees did not seem super commensurate with the quality of service. Overall, the experience was somewhat disappointing as we didn’t feel like we were in particularly caring or attentive hands. It seems like it was a mismatch and we simply should’ve identified that sooner.

I have used Robert Reiner for years on trust and estate matters. He’s very competent, professional and helpful. I have not had the occasion to deal with other members of the law firm.
