Do not pay this debt collection agency, do not respond to them. They forge fake Court papers ( I have proof also called my local court and it was never filed and the court notified me that i can sue them for forgery. Yes i still have this paper work and a court order saying not to pay them a cent due to the allowance of my debt that has already passed.They Constantly harass and when you do pay the debt it says you still owe a debt. Avoid at all cost. They also threaten you or say they will take money from your account without your permission which is illegal. Update 7/7/2025. They sent court papers that are illegal today. When a Judge/ Court or being sued orders you in. You get a summons by the actual court with a judge. They forge paperwork and make it appear as if it is real to scare yo

I'M NOT GIVING 5 STARS BECAUSE I LIKE THE FIRM - In fact, its quite the opposite. I'm a federal disaster worker, and I've been deployed for 7 months. unfortunately, this firm doesn't seem to care about first responders - definitely not what you want to experience when you return home after helping people through their worst times. That said, I had the HONOR AND PLEASURE of speaking with a guy named Lawrence (I believe). May God bless him and his family. He had such a calm compassionate voice and truly made me feel heard and understood, felt like I was talking to a close friend. What a beautiful soul. This man should be working directly with disaster survivors - simply amazing.

I absolutely hated getting the notifications from this company and decided to call them. Everyone that I spoke to was extremely helpful and seemed too nice to be from a collection agency. They made it very easy for me to pay the debt and close the account. These people made me realize that it truly wasn't that bad, and I was able to repay the debt and put an end to this nightmare eventually. Just saying that they really treat you like you are a person! Thank You!

If I could give 0 or negative I would. My program missed the last payment because of a lack of funds because I lost my job and this company decided to fight for the big corporate company and attack the small working mom. Glad to know where your standards lie. Because a less than $650 payment was missed, they “renegotiated” $2,200 in favor of a big retail company to take from me. Clearly they only care about the ones who have money instead of the ones who are just trying to survive in this messed up world that it is right now.
