SELF HELP LEGAL DOC PREP OF HAWAII

Horrible customer service for generic non legal advice related questions. Simple question about whether they can do POW/revoke POW. Could not answer the question and hung up on me. Do not recommend their service. If I could rate them I would give 0 stars. Sad.

Im in complete disbelief that these guys even exist in hawaii. Where do I start, the service was outstanding, they picked up their phone instantly, quoted me on the spot a very very reasonable price, and gave me a finish date, then the next day I realized my deadline was sooner then I thought and when I told them they got working on my documents right away. They are a team of professional Paralegals that have powerful tools to get the job done fast, and I mean fast. Overall these guys just saved me so much time, money and headache and I really cant thank them enough. I left feeling like I owe them more for this service, for real!! Also FYI Im based on Oahu and so is my case and its no problem. I couldnt find anyone in Oahu to do what I needed in time and the way they did it. Big mahalo

The man that answered the phone was very rude. He wanted 300.00 to read the document for me. And suggested I just sign it....that was why I was calling to have someone help me read it with me, so i understand before I sign. Awful mean l.

Judge Kobayashi referred me to this group to finish the motion, default, and order. All done for $149.
