We are forced to file a complaint with the Minnesota State Bar Association against Scott Seiler for making baseless legal threats against us in a real estate matter. Our real estate agent reached out TWICE to the real estate agent representing the former owners of the home we recently purchased to inquire if the previous owners were aware of any water damage in the basement. We then received a letter from this lawyer baselessly accusing us of harassment (again, our agent reached out TWICE, after not hearing back the first time) and then immediately threatening us with legal action for bringing up a legitimate concern.
