As Secretary of the District IIIA Ethics Committee, Steven Secare nefariously altered my signed grievance form against Robert Fuggi. Ultimately, he made the decision on my grievance, instead of the Chairman Jerome Turnbach. So you can probably tell....that didn’t go well.
Was former representation. I saw how under oath he lied and now his statement is in a court opinion. We have audio tapes of the entire conversation and records on the contrary. Perhaps, this will be a good defamation lawsuit.
