Megan was my atty. for my VA claim after I spoke with the county rep I did not think I had much of a chance, after talking to Megan she told me send her what I had. Long story short I was awarded TDIU at 100% with 5 years backpay. It was a long process but Megan and Gabby also kept me in the loop, always returning calls quickly. Both of them were always patient and polite. Scott Huntley USMC

I have fought the VA for over 9 years. I got Sean Kendall to help me 6 months ago. I received a very favorable decision letter today, and I'm sure I would still be fighting if not for Sean's help. If you need help fighting or navigating the VA, contact him. Don't wait as long as I did.

I highly recommend this law office to all veterans. Megan K was completely knowledgeable and helped me through the most difficult parts of my VA claims and all assorted appeals. I don't think I would have had the same result if I had attempted to navigate the VA claims world by myself.

Absolutely the best outcome and experience I could have hoped for. They took my case and got me to 100% within a couple months. Very easy to work with, keeps you informed, and will tell you up front if they can help you or not.

The low reviews here don’t lie. If he doesn’t see easy money, he’ll ghost you after initial meeting, in he provides no guidance anyway. He will also not request documents until the initial meeting, yet act as though he requested them weeks ago. Maybe don’t send anything. Weird sharing lots personal information and documents with a lawyer and getting no response whatsoever. You may regret wasting time asking for and waiting for help from Sean, and maybe don’t expect to receive the courtesy of a denial of services. At least veterans affairs does that much right. Fast communication of denials.
