Scyphers & Austin

Talked a few moments with Mr Scyphers and said I most likely have a case and asked if I would kindly call him back after Labor Day ( this was in August) well here we are at November and still haven't heard a thing! I made 5 calls to the office and spoke with his receptionist ( or whatever you call the position) They all told me I will see him today and have him or I call you back tomorrow. Well I haven't got past first base! Just call the client back and give them a YES or NO! I was even recommended by another Attorney in town to see him. I will be posting this everywhere, and never recommend this firm to no one! This is not professional, this is not the first time I have heard this. This is not good for their reputation or the firm.

David Scyphers fills in as a judge sometimes, and is well connected in the community. This firm is always busy because this is where all the criminals go to stay out of jail. I don't know Wayne Austin as well, but I've talked to him several times and he is really nice. I have gone against both these guys in court and I won both times. Doesn't mean these guys are bad. Just means the justice system works!
