The other 1 star reviews are not shocking! Had terrible experience with this man! After all the heartache he put me thru during the most grieving time of my life he doesn’t even deserve 1 star! Won’t answer phones, never in office, while firm is unprofessional…what should’ve taken a few weeks to complete on my dads Will & Succession took over a year!!! Then he got pissy with me on email saying I should’ve had to pay more but I paid upfront what HE said I owed! What?! The p/work he finally filed was so ridiculously written I was advised by my financial firm lawyers to get another lawyer involved bc they couldn’t accept Scotts paperwork! So I had to hire another lawyer that had to file an amendment explaining what happened to the judge bc he said what Scott filed looked like a toddler had do

We have been unable to get a response or reach Mr. Lowery after paying him as requested to handle a real estate dispute. He has not returned our telephone calls nor has he been available via apppointments, subsequent to being paid. (He does not deserve any stars, in our experience.) Julian Dale Oliver

My advice, look elsewhere! He did not represent myself to the best of his ability (or maybe he did); he also told untruths. He doesn't deserve 1 star.

Best attorney ever. He truly gets it done
