Please think twice before using this firm. My grandparents hired Scott when they moved to Seabreeze at Lacey, hoping he could guide them with elder estate planning. At the beginning, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and reassuring. He prepared their documents and promised that, when the time came, he would be there to support their loved ones. I am their granddaughter and was named as springing power of attorney. Sadly, my grandfather passed away a few years ago. This past April, my grandmother became gravely ill and entered hospice. Time was short, and there were urgent legal questions that needed to be answered while she was still lucid. I called the office repeatedly, stressing the urgency of the situation. Each time, I was told Scott was “too busy” to speak with me. The only option

Scott, set up a time with us ( wife and I) for an elder care consultation. My mom was not in one of the counties he services, so he told us to find someone where she was for legally they are all different. He did not charge and was extremely kind and attentive.I would recommend him for his honesty alone!

Provided me with service preparing my estate plan. Mr Hanula was very informative in explaining and planing an estate plan for my wife and I. All the infornation needed was included and clearly stated in the plan Mr. Hanula made for us. He is also very helpful in explaining what is best in certain family personal situations. I also called Mr Hanula a few years ago and he was quick to answer and help me with some information on the phone regarding my moms long term stay at a facility.

We needed will and trust advice as well as Advance Care Directive (Living will) Health Care Proxy (Power of attorney) Durable power of attorney prior to my major back surgery. We spoke at length and he agreed to draw up all these documents at an affordable price. He was very professional and courteous to both of us!

Mr. Hanula was patient and very thorough. My husband and I had many questions involving my parents' assets. He answered them all. We walked out of his office prepared to handle our situation. We would highly recommend him if you need an elder care attorney.
