Scott E Tanne Law Office

Was recently misguided by Mr Tanne after having used him years prior. He has REFUSED to respond to our dissatisfaction and took our money for doing NOTHING. Talk about talking advantage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM after feeling like we were ripped of and taken advantage of in a vulnerable position. Thank god I know smart people and don’t follow his advice !

The offices of Scott E Tanne have been amazing. They were super insightful and guided me the whole time. They were always checking in on me even when my schedule was all over the place. I appreciate their patience and kindness. Mandi was amazing and very patient with me. I would very much recommend them to anyone! I appreciated how I was able to set up a payment plan as well how each indivisible document was explained to me as well as how to fill it out. Every time i would send a document they would even help me keep track of what was left. This allowed me to organize myself and not miss anything. From preparing for the hearing to all the reminders they were all amazing!

When I first decided to file for bankruptcy I was lost. I was in a terrible situation. I was 50,000.00$ in debt. It was right after COVID. I went on line to find a bankruptcy attorney. God lead me to Scott Tanne. He listened to my situation & gave me great advice. Then he took my case for me. He let me pay a little every week until I paid the amount he charged. During all of this I broke my leg. He was so patient with me. I couldn’t keep paying until I could go back to work. I was in bed for 10 weeks . Before I could go back to work. He still was very patient. Never put any pressure on me at all. I thankGod till this day that he sent me to Mr.Tanne.I’m now debt free and starting to live my life again. If anyone out there needs to file. Please call Scott Tanne

I would NOT recommend using The Law offices of Scott E Tanne. My reasons being. I reached out to get information on how bankruptcy works and what chapter would work for me. On his home page it states "free case analysis".That is a LIE. He says he started a case for me without me signing any retainer agreement or my social or any creditors that I owe information. When I told him I wasn't going to file and what about the $400 I had already paid he tells me time is money. I can understand that but a 15 minute phone call and his secretary putting my name in the system shouldn't cost 400 dollars. I will be making a complaint to the BBB and if I take the loss I will, but don't be fooled and robbed like I was.
