Mr. Baer was the opposing counsel in my case. He presents as an "ambulance chaser". He even screamed at me in the hallway of the court house expelling sputum in my direction. My attorney had to get in between us to stop him and remind him he is a professional. He had a distaste for me from the beginning when I did not show fear after his threats. He took my ex-husband for a ride and even my ex knew he was bad but stated he "invested so much already" it wouldn't benefit him financially if he switched lawyers. I love the first amendment!

This man did not fight for me AT ALL. As a matter of fact, he told me in the hallway at court one morning how much he hates his job!

Screamed and swore at me in court, fired him, refused to refund.
