Called in regard to a name change and at first had a great experience. Very kind and great conversation. However. it has been over a month with no forward progression. I reached out to check if they were still willing to work with me considering I did not get any follow up. I was responded to with a form and told yes. I sent back the paperwork needed considering I already had it in hand. I asked if it was okay to use and never heard anything back. I followed up with another email asking if said paperwork would be sufficient and still heard nothing back. I would’ve simply preferred to have been directly informed they didn’t want to do a name change. This has been over a month of dragging it out.

Call this morning to do a follow up on a serious issue and the receptionist just hung up
