If I could give them a 0 I would. Recently purchased a first home where the sellers used this group as their lawyers. Throughout the closing process they were very difficult to get a hold of, were not keeping the sellers updated at all as the sellers were asking me for information regarding closing since their lawyers did not communicate anything with them. They also did not get their paperwork done in time which all in all ended up with the closing date being pushed, not by much but it's the principle, do your job... Fast forward a month later and all the sudden the water gets shut off to the new house with no explanation or notification. After speaking with the village they made us aware that they have been trying to contact this group with no response because these lawyers never finishe

With the assistance of Kim Dyke at Schwerzmann & Wise, P.C. my wife and I were able to close on our property in a timely and efficient manner. The candor of Kim--with the support of her office--they were able to quickly transfer the title of our property to its new owner, saving us time and money. Job well done!
