I had Mr. Shulman as my legal counsel four years ago. He was simply outstanding . He was on top of a somewhat murky situation throughout the transaction and led me out of the woods. I wholeheartedly recommend him. He doesn’t come cheap. Good attorneys are expensive. But bad attorneys at the end of the day are even more expensive.
VERY DEMANDING OF PROMPT RESPONSE TO THEIR CHARGES FOR SERVICES FOR CONDO OWNERS. VERY, VERY SLOW WHEN REQUESTS ARE MADE FOR THE RETURN OF MONIES ON DEPOSIT WITH THEM.
