I had an agreement on through national grid it was over so instead of just sending me a letter telling me I had to pay the balance this law firm (and I use the term loosely) enforced a court order for seizure that was nearly a year old and I was served a 7 day notice I spoke with Brittany that Thursday and went to my local check cashing (an authorized payment center) and paid the 1,767.36 on Sunday so Monday I called to give my reference number as proof of payment and they would not accept it! They said I didn't go to a Payment center and instructed me to call the attorneys this attorney and Brittany was very nice as usual but she couldn't help me so she put dawn on this sorry excuse for a human being literally mimicked me as I was speaking and kept saying no you didn't pay we're coming to

Looks like I am one of several people that FEELS like they are being harassed intentionally by this firm! They keep sending me threats about property I do NOT OWN! They do not know how to use the free internet to search property ownership. Guessing they get paid by Nat Grid based on number of letters they send, even if not actual property owners. Staff was rather rude, guessing senior partners are too.
