I give these guys a 10 out of 5. They were wonderful in assisting me purchasing my first house. Mr Schlueter help with my contract between the owner and myself, and I will just say that he paid for his services 2.5x over with the deal that I got. They made me feel extremely comfortable with the process and I greatly recommend their services.

Absolutely amazing experience!!! Right from the beginning the office was very responsive and able to schedule an appointment with me quickly because I was facing a fast approaching closing deadline. Michael Schlueter was incredibly welcoming and professional and gave knowledgeable insights and counsel for my issues. Mike and his team helped us in dealing with a roofing issue/contractor dispute on our home. We did a phone call and also had an initial consult with him where he reviewed our information/contracts, provided information on dealing with contractor disputes, gave us sound advice, and helped us think through next steps.
