Schafler & Camera

This woman got herself appointed as a conservator for my mother in law when there were qualified family members who could have done this. In the past four years she has never once even spoken to the person she conserves. She has however settled a lawsuit and taken the money and is trying to sell her property out from under her own children when we went to court to discuss this she claimed she couldn't remember exactly where the money was. There are a plethora of complaints about this woman how she is still being appointed conservator to new people should be illegal.

My friend thats mentally disabled but not stupid is telling me how she's stealing ALLOT OF MONEY FOR YEARS. A simple google search confirms my worst suspicions. I don't like bullies. Look over your shoulder because your time is near. You will get in legal trouble.

ON 04/11/2024, ATTY KATRINA CAMERA was COURT APPOINTED CONSERVATOR of MY MOM PERSON & ESTATE. ON 05/20/2024, I WAS LEFT a VOICEMAIL from ASHLEY of ATTY CAMERA's OFFICE. In REGARDs to WHO RESIDEs at MY MOM HOME & WHO's PAYing MY MOM's MORTGAGE!?!!!! THIS was THE VERY 1st INITIAL CONTACT from CONSERVATOR ATTY KATRINA CAMERA &/ or HER OFFICE STAFF!!! (RED FLAG) ON 06/05/2024, I CONTACTED ATTY CAMERA's OFFIC STAFF ASHLEY in REGARDs TO the VOICEMAIL LEFT for ME PERTAINing 2 MY MOM's REAL ESTATE? Not MY MOM's HEALTH. THIS was AN UNPLEAS

Absolutely HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Attorney Katrina Camera has no control over her firm. Paralegals do what they want which is not anything to help anyone. Sabrina Migliarese, Emily Plucienik and Jackie Wright specifically are the worst among the staff and should be avoided. BEWARE!!!!

Beyond Incapable, a google review does not speak the volumes a formal Bar and DCP complaint will. Enjoy!!
