This Law Firm has sued my wife and I for having my business name on my vehicle. There is a CCR against vehicles with commercial lettering for some unknown reason. There are several other commercial vehicles with commercial lettering in our Victoria Trails community but we were singled out and sued which is Selective Enforcement and illegal which this law firm is well aware of but sued us anyway.They are clearly wasting our HOA funds in my opinion. I hope to beat this law firm Pro-Se and then get them booted out of our Community If I could give them zero stars I would have!

Abuses his power and has admitted to using form letters and not using the true numbers in mediation. Goes after homeowners who have never had issue one. And is trying to foreclose based on lies.
