I feel cheated having to leave 1 star for David Saydack. If you’re needing/wanting an attorney who will do anything for you, your loved one or your case think twice before hiring David and unfortunately if your given a public defender and David is your legal council FIRE HIM IMMEDIATELY and get a lawyer who will actually do something for you. My fiancé has been in Lane County jail for 2 months now. He’s trial was set to take place on December 5th. Dealing with Mr.Saydack was by far the best experience I have ever had with a court appointed defense attorney. I have had multiple experiences with Lane County's Justice System, from defending myself, and in dealings with family and friend's legal matters.
