Warning do not use this attorney for any transaction. The most difficult person to deal with that will make u waste your time with frivolous nonsense and high legal fees. He is person that looks to complicate matters either because his wife doesn’t pay attention to him, or because he needs to justify his work. I was forced to use him for a closing that the buyer selected the title company. Needless to say and as expected refused to send wire and closing documents after the transaction finally closed one month late on a cash deal. Save yourself the trouble and headaches.

Great people asked about concerns and listened to our needs. They gave us answers and guided us through the process. They started to get all the information needed from the cities as we discussed different options. Needless to say, we walked out knowing that everything was covered and to contact them with any concerns we might have!
