Unprofessional and incompetent. When I was an associate at another law firm I ordered "PDF only" because Sandy Saunders said it would be free. They then charged $400 for a paper copy I did not order and never received. After I started my own law firm, they continued to harass me for years over this bill, even though 1) I am not personally liable for a transcript I ordered as an employee of a law firm; 2) no one is liable for this transcript because it was never ordered and never received; 3) the order form plainly says "PDF only" so there is no basis for a debate here. Caveat emptor--do not do business with these people.
Very happy with the work that Sandy Saunders did for us.
