I am writing about a situation concerning my daughter’s case. The San Diego courthouse held the case, #24FL008932C, which is intertwined with a kidnapping case in Valencia, Spain. My daughter, Camille Richburg, is being accused of kidnapping her son, but she was actually removing him from an abusive situation. The San Diego County District Attorney’s office is ignoring her claims of perjury. They have not returned her phone calls or emails. She could face a sentence of 4 to 6 years in prison because of their negligence. It has been difficult for her to discuss this situation, and now it’s heartbreaking that she has to make it public because it could put her in a harmful situation. Terrible service. She is very defensive and rude. My sister was killed and she is very defensive and mean. She says thing in emails, "As I mentioned previously". She makes about $100,000 a year and acts like that. She must be overworked because she has no patience, no empathy, not trauma informed, and no harm reduction skills. I never thought someone would speak to a victim like this. This DA manager told me that "Our best fight will not satisfy you and nothing willl bring your sister back". Wow they are so cold hearted. The courts and police failed to protect my sister and now the DA has failed us.

Absolute worst case of injustice. Victims advocate do not advocate for victims rights, here. Nor do they inform you during the criminal proceedings.

District attorney Erin Casey, you should be ashamed of yourself. This is about you winning a case and not about someone's well being. I'm so disappointed in this lady.
