Aline is an amazing person! She is kind, understanding and very helpful. She has a lot of knowledge. Aline really helped me out after almost a little over 2 years of trying to get approved for disability. With her help we finally won my case, through out the entire process she always communicated with me and always answered all my questions. Aline Gaba was wonderful and so kind, helping my brother and I during this difficult process for his disability. Her preparation and letters to the judge/court were well written and detailed. THANK GOD SHE DIDN'T GET PAID! I want to give Aline ZERO stars for wasting 2 plus years of my life. Whoever is writing these reviews are dilusional or are AI bots. Aline failed multiple times over the two plus years to respond to emails, phone calls, and when she did, she had little to no time to talk on the phone, or properly address any of my emails. The points she made in her last email to me were points she told me not to worry about. Like, the consultative exams. Or any other concern I made, that the ALJ pointed out in my denial letter. I quote her " every ALJ knows these exams are a joke". Well, this ALJ TOOK THOSE EXAMS AS THE GOSPEL. My wife even heard her state this to me on the phone. We are so lucky to have found Aline! After being denied by SSA for her chronic migraines she's had for most of her life, my partner was able to get Aline on her side to assist her with the appeal process.
