Based on my experience, I sadly must warn people away from engaging Matt. He seems like a nice guy, and we worked with him starting in late 2024 to retitle a property in Vermont. It should have taken no more than 6 weeks. It turned into a 6-month ordeal. His procrastination was extreme. He incorrectly listed the name of the manager on the LLC he formed for us. He told us that his office had filed the deed with the town clerk when in fact it had not been done. It turns out that he has a reputation among other Vermont real estate attorneys for extreme delays. Ask around.
