I selected this firm based on strong reviews and a trusted personal referral. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the level of professionalism or care I expected. While the assigned paralegal, Shameka Hollingsworth, maintained consistent communication regarding required steps and scheduling, my interactions with the assigned attorney, Katherine Aranda, were significantly lacking. Reaching Ms. Aranda directly was extremely difficult. On multiple occasions, I had to send repeated emails and call the office simply to obtain basic updates and guidance about my case—guidance that I later learned I never fully received despite having paid for these services. A scheduled meeting with Ms. Aranda was also missed, and I had to contact the office myself in order to be connected with her. W

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ms. Sammis, and I am thoroughly impressed with her services. Ms. Sammis was very confident and attentive throughout the entire process.
