Mrs. Rosa Elena Sahagun lacks integrity, and she should be ashamed for treating her own people with little respect. She advertises herself as the "people's" attorney. Marketing and advertising to vulnerable communities. She expresses on her Facebook pages and all media platforms to call her to "help" you and your loved ones. We paid her a total of $5000 initially in June 2025, and another $7500 August 2025. We should have known better. After giving her the first payment, she would not respond to my calls or messages when I simply needed updates on my husband's case while he was detained by ice. The lawyer Rosa Elena helped my brother in his fight against an illegal detainment of my brother. Our family greatly appreciates how professional, personal and empathetic she was throughout this experience. She made time to answer all our questions when they would come up. She also has helped 2 of my cousins in the past which influenced our decision to take choose her again. Immigration cases are never easy but this lawyer had lifted a great weight off our shoulders. I would give him a zero star if there was an option. Bryan took my case and assured me he will fight the case. I had submitted the required paperwork with evidences he requested. We discussed about my case over the phone and also in person. My case was reaching the out of court settlement deadline ( Dec 2023) soon so I had started calling his office to find the status but never heard back from him. In January, I received a letter from their office that they will not fight the case anymore. They did not inform me before and just left me in the middle of nowhere. I am pretty sure he must have reached an out of settlement decision with the other party and took all the money he may have received. I would suggest everyone to stay away from this thief. He is UNRELIABLE, UNETHICAL and UNTRUSTWORT

I do reviews in many restaurants and most of the service I utilize, I’ve had bad experiences with but I cannot let Rosa Elena continue to ROB people of their hard earned money or let her fail or lose their cases, I hired her to help me win a custody battle of my children's father. Not only was the entire process with her stressful and hard enough, but every time I spoke to her the conversation seemed tedious and below her. As if my case did not matter. And also, Good luck getting ahold of her. Professionalism? Out the door. She was rude and spoke to me in a way that made me feel inferior. I thought attorneys were supposed to keep you knowledgeable of whats going on in your case. If Google allowed to leave negative stars, rest assured I would do it!!!! Don’t waste your good money and ti
