I've only done 1 closing with Page on an investment property which went fairly smoothly. There was a bit of a delay in getting my title policy, but her group was on top of it when I alerted them of the issue. Price wise she was fairly reasonable, I did an all-cash closing and required only basic representation which helped.

Page is my go to attorney for all my investment deals. She is one of the best in the business. I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of a good real estate attorney.

S. Page Allen wrote a deed on my my brother’s property that would transfer the property to me upon his death. The deed was to be recorded in Chesterfield. Upon his death I called the Allen office and asked how to proceed. I was told to call Chesterfield and get the property transferred. To my immense surprise and dismay I was told there was no deed recorded to transfer the property. S Page Allen said they would straighten it out at no expense to me. Then they did absolutely nothing! I had to get this property transferred myself which was difficult and time consuming for a person who is not a lawyer.

Went to close on a house, Page Allen was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. She keeps you up-to-date on everything that goes on.

8 days after I emailed the docs she needed to do a deed transfer.. she informed me she was too busy to do the job. I had asked her to confirm receipt so I would know it was in the works and she never did that. She doesn’t call potential clients who left her a message either. So not impressed!
