As a Realtor, I deal with a variety of closing attorneys on a weekly basis. Ryan is the best by far. I do not worry about my customers being taken care of when our contracts go to Ryan. I highly recommend.
Ryan Hicks was the attorney that closed on my house nearly a year and a half ago. I'm still waiting on him to give me my check for my remaining equity in the house I sold. He has given me no real explanation as to why I haven't received my money and continues to give me the run around. Now he has his secretary screening his calls and I still have no equity funds from when I sold MY house. Dont use this guy, whatever you do, choose someone else. Anyone else would be better for you than this scamming attorney.
