If they had a backbone I wouldn't lost my case. Here's my point if someone breaks their back ,and has multiple knee surgeries, and written off as disabled by the attorney Generals office himself, it only took a little old lady in the corner to say I could work as a DOT worker ,when I sent them a packet of doctor chart notes, and other tests that were paid for showing I could not walk more then 15 mins, and as my attorney he should of stopped and read that document from L&I ,but instead he let the court think I could just go out and walk up and down a freeway, stumbling and limping, and no one should of said something? This is why? I sent the entire 10 years of evidence that was imperative toy case,and I was told they didn't need it. And clearly you all did cause you lost worst then I ever
