Found Mr. Marlowe and called his office and his receptionist was very knowledgeable and polite; she connected me to Mr. Marlowe. I told him what I wanted and he came up with a price. He told me to send him the paperwork and he would start on it, which I did. Days later Mr. Marlowe called me and said that I wouldn't have to go through probate and the paralegal is in the process of having my wife's name removed from my deed.
