I was arrested in Chelsea District Court in November 2013, and charged with possession with intent to distribute class B (suboxone) and conspiracy to violate Commonwealth drug laws. Mr. Russell allowed me to have input with all aspects of my case once he became involved, from the bail reduction hearing ($2000 cash bail reduced to personal recognizance), to the final disposition (probation for 18 months, upon a guilty plea to the possession with intent charge only).
