Would not recommend nor will ever close a deal here again. They charged my elderly client additional fees due to their negligence. Unprofessional and very rude.
Yelling at a public servant, because it's not the way she wants it is not professional, and quite childish in my opinion, to yell at someone that they sucks in her office, because it was a backed up busy day is not appropriate. Very impatient and not very nice.
Do not take anything to be frame here. Price was fine, but quality of responsibility was a very negative. Miss spell words, did not put name plate on just hoping I would forget about it.
Mrs Kathy is very understanding, patient, caring. Her pricing is very affordable.
