I started using attorney Phil Runyon as my lawyer when we moved to New Hampshire eight years ago. Phil is a solid guy. When I call him, he always answers the phone or calls me right back. If I send him an email, he responds promptly and answers my questions directly. I consider all the advice and guidance he has given me to be solid, well thought out and has time and again proven accurate. I have some business in Connecticut that requires me to hire lawyers there and I will often pay for an hour of two of Phil's time just to get his perspective on those situations just because I trust him and value his insights. I consider Phil and conservative biller, meaning that his bills are itemized by what he did and how much time he took to do it with no filler of nonsense. I recommend him.
