I’m at crossroads, yes they completed a quick closing however I feel nobody stands behind the buyer of houses! Not the realtor nor seller or atty. Whether its law and the state of Georgia or not this fails home buyers. The house was infested with rodents, no carbon monoxide carbon monoxide detectors which is code. The structure on pool deck and house-was compromised because of a past tornado which was obviously not fixed by qualified contractors because the work was done incorrectly or not of code. So like the electrical inside and near air conditioning outside which was unsafe this entire house costing $30k in repairs just to make it safe !
