This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I was never notified by mail regarding this lawsuit until I was unexpectedly served at my home. Since then, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the firm by phone, submitted a request for a call back, and even sent an email in hopes of understanding the nature of the debt and potentially settling the matter. Despite taking these additional steps, I have received no response, and it appears that the only option left is to appear in court. DO NOT USE THEM. My husband hired them to help settled a credit card debt and they totally screwed us. We paid the full balance negotiated, and they lawyers never specified in our agreement that the debt comes off my husband’s credit report, and now - even though we have letters from the bank acknowledging we’ve settled the debt - an outdated debt amount is still in my husbands credit report. We have desperately tried contacting the lawyer at Rubin and Rothman for support and the Wizard of Oz is easier to get a hold of. Will probably have to hire another lawyer to help get in contact with bank to zero out the balance on his credit report.

This firm harassed me put pressure on me were very rude while on the phone when I tried to ask for information they spoke over me repeating that they will garnish my pay sue me and the transactions for paying back the debt shows as a purchase on my account. Took months to receive my paperwork when I asked for proof of the debt. My job at the time received a letter from them with treats and I cried due to the fact of being embarrassed. They are vulgar

Yeah they suck. They don't give me no information. I can't get a hold of people goes directly to voicemail. I'm trying to pay my debt and I can't cuz I don't got no information to pay it
