Horrible at communication ! Never answers the phone or email back ! I would not use them if you like an attorney that actually can be spoken with or paralegal that does their job !

Horrible experience. To kick it off the attorney missed the scheduled phone consultation I had set up a week prior because he was supposedly "running late." I now suspect it was because the assistant Jo did not tell him about it and like many others have said she seems to be the real problem. She did not do things she said she would then when asked about it can't remember details tries to blame me for it and does other things she was not asked to do. Then she conveniently started ignoring multiple emails I sent as if out of spite to intentionally waste my time. 4 months later and literally nothing done on my case. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. It was numerous phone calls to set up the case. Then after I paid them I had to call over a dozen times to get them to do anything. I spent more time arguing with the secretary, Jo, than anything else. She likes to act like she knows all about the case but can’t remember any details, and will cut you off when you refresh her memory. She will do things I did not tell her to do and not do other things that was paid for. There billing is the worst I have ever seen. It’s like I’m working with a new business that does not know what they are doing. I have called and emailed over 30 times and have only talked to a layer twice for under a minute. After waiting to go to trial for three months I asked when the trial date is and J
