Paid $1800 for a bankruptcy case & four months later after many many calls and emails to no avail I finally asked for a refund to find a more competent professional lawyer. I have lawsuits and tons of collections coming at me and mentally its taken a toll on me and my wife has lost thousands in lost wages due to a garnishment that the bankruptcy was supposed to take care of. On top of all that the bankruptcy class i paid for and cant be used at another law firm due to the timer running out on the certificate for the class, they wouldn’t give me a refund on that. Im finding a malpractice lawyer to handle a lawsuit and im contacting the barr association. Dont hire shawn he’s no good.

We hired Shawn to fight our custody issue with a father who was abusing his children. Shawn took our money and then dodged meetings we had set up and then signed an order giving the father everything he wanted with no regard to the children or the wishes of the mother (remember Shawn was the mother’s lawyer). If you want to hire a lawyer and then him turn around and sign orders you did not agree to (we actually apposed the terms that he went ahead and signed to) and give an abusive father more time with the children, then hire Shawn. This was the worst representation we have ever gotten from a lawyer.

I gave these guys the proof I didn't commit a crime and they didn't even submit my evidence it was either plea out or go to trial and lose my son by then.. big disappointment
