Harry is the worst attorney, he doesn't communication and did NOTHING but file 2 papers with the court. Every time I would call Harry or go in his office for an update he was confused, didn't know who I was. He lied, said he was going to do something and never did. After 2 year of no progress with my case, I got tired of it and had to find another attorney. I would not recommend him at all, he will rip you off!

I have used Harry Roth 3 times before over a 31 year period. Once for dealing with a situation with a divorce that was very stressful. He was a very good listener, and helped calm me down alot. I full custody, because my husband had been very medically abusive of my sons denying them access to critically needed medical surgery for my older son born with serious birth defects! I am forever greatful! Another time he saved from an eviction, I was blamed for having to exerminate my apartment for bed bugs.
