After participating in a Planned Giving event at the Clemens Center where Patrick presented I reached out to him to see if he was available to provide an in service for our staff. He gladly accepted and provided a wonderful overview of our topic which was "Wills, Trusts and Estates". Patrick shared several documents to help staff with this topic and was very knowledgeable in answering their many questions. His office was very helpful in planning the in service. This attorney had over 11months to do work for us, but had not finished. The staff called for information which alerted us to the fact that our deeds were not transferred into our trust to protect us and provide asset protection. This is related to the Medicaid lookback period. We lost a year of protection. Do not go to this office as they seem incompetent. Mr. Roth has new staff constantly and this reflect on internal problems, we believe.
