I recently had the pleasure of working with Robert Rosing when a real estate transaction became problematic. He was able to understand the complexities of the situation and negotiate a reasonable settlement. He was extremely professional and attentive in my dealings with him and communicated regularly to keep me abreast of the case. His knowledge and specialization in real estate was invaluable giving me confidence and comfort in navigating what could have been an uncomfortable and expensive situation. I am very happy with his work and highly recommend him.

I hired Robert Rosing shortly after moving to Utah. I wanted to buy a new business and did not know any attorneys personally that could help. After meeting Robert I felt like he had my back from day one. His expertise in drafting our purchase contract was invaluable. He wed very responsive and available. I would absolutely hire him again.

Hired this firm for an HOA dispute. At first there was a decent response time. The issue was taken care of but was pricey. I followed up and inquired about a family attorney. I spoke to two lawyers, exchanged emails, uploaded evidence to a drive. Rosing Davidson Frost sent me a bill (which was immediately paid) then ghosted me. This was about 3 weeks ago. Multiple emails and phone calls have been made. No response. Running a business is all about setting and meeting expectations. Poorly executed and would not recommend.
