I asked about a payment plan and casually said over x number of years, not knowing the process. Howard Rosenberg audibly laughed at me and said, no we do 6 months max. This arrangement was fine and I ended up paying it off in one payment but the fact that he laughed at me for trying to understand the process was crazy. Lawyers will be lawyers i guess. Update: I received a call from Mr. Rosenberg about this review. It was interesting to say the least. He commented that he didn’t think he laughed, he may have chortled and thought it was illogical of me to think it would be years to pay off the balance. What I thought might actually be a sincere apology turned into further insults and a further belief that Mr. Rosenberg is no longer tied to reality.
