My wife for years suggested that we get our affairs in order to ensure that our assets were protected and that our children would not have to go through the tedious probate process. A recommendation from our good friends led us to the Rosen Law & Finance office. The process was incredibly easy consisting of two office meetings. In the end we were presented with a binder incorporating our trust, POA, healthcare proxy and other documents. Attorney Rosen reviewed each document with us, encouraged us to ask questions and couldn’t have explained what we were getting any clearer. Fees were very reasonable.
