The first question I was asked was if I could afford a lawyer lol. I talked with him for maybe less than a minute on the phone, he didn’t fight, he laid down and said ok quick money. Showed up in court and then handed me a letter he should’ve dealt with which was the same matter at hand but instead told me to do it. It’s past the deadline and the letter didn’t get sent in so here I am screwed all the way around while Ronald pretty much robbed me and my family. Don’t hire this man. He’s lazy and just wants money. I’ve made the step to report him to New York State. All they have to do is read his reviews. He’s literally robbing the community he serves and lives in

I DO NOT recommend this attorney. He handled several issues for me and he was very difficult to work with. First case was a civil case and he did ok but things went down hill when his interests apparently outweighed mine and his ego and arrogance are unbelievable. He doesn’t seem to care what the client wants, he does what he wants and acts as if he owns the case/client. He had a great reputation and that’s why I hired him but he disobeyed my express directions and was downright hostile after I gave him thousands of dollars. He has kept my money and left me unrepresented. I feel compelled to strongly caution those considering his services as they are not what they apparently once were. That's my recommendation so take it or leave it...

I am pleased with the outcome of the case Mr. Benjamin handled for me. He knows the law and knows how to get the best deal you deserve. He was quick, professional, answered all my questions/concerns, and made me feel understood. Hopefully I wont be needing an attorney again any time soon, but if so, I will call Ron.

Mr. Ronald R Benjamin is the BEST LAWYER in the southern tier...He cares about you winning any case. & he's reasonable, his staff are all professionals and very helpfull. Bottom line if you need an attorney: bring your issues to this law firm because he knows how to represent you & gets good results.

This guy is a complete utter joke! He extorted money from me to represent a family member.Throughout his representation of my family member, not once I receive any paperwork or documentation of the work he was supposed to be doing! However I did get weekly phone call saying I need more money to be able to do this that and the other thing. The outcome was him showing up late to court, he did not represent my family member in any way shape or form and resulting in my family member spending eight and a half years in prison for something that wasn't even relevant to this case..
